The rounding of the RectlinearReentrantCorner layout by 80(resp. 40) along its entering(resp. exiting) segment gives the rounded layout

RoundedReentrantCorner_1.svg

with a solution containing rounded corner functions formed by conformally mapping rectlinear corner functions to corners with an entering straight(resp. curved) segment and an exiting curved(resp. straight) segment.
The corner functions at the start(resp. end) of the rounding segment have current components that vanish in the normal directions on both the entering and exiting segments.

Rounded layouts facilitate establishing that fabrication current magnitude limits are met. For example, current magnitude responses such as

backed up by similar responses for the other segments imply that a tolerance of .0047 can be satisfied.

The voltage(res. current magnitude) contours and flow lines are as expected.
